"Light is decisive for my art. As far as light is concerned, I want to go to the limits of the possible. I am fascinated by the spectrum of light, as it relates to space and time. Light has its own energy and quality. Light in a space articulates a message. It can even just be a candle in a space. But time also finds itself reflected as a rhythmic element in my works."
